All sessions are provided securely online to clients physically located in BC or Ontario, Canada, through our encrypted NousTalk platform.
Sessions are not covered by MSP or OHIP, but many extended health plans reimburse part or all of the fee depending on the provider's designation. Receipts are provided through NousTalk for reimbursement.

Effective May 1, 2026. Fees are subject to change with notice. A sliding fee scale may be available for clients experiencing financial hardship, at the therapist's discretion.

Sliding scale
A sliding scale is available for those facing financial hardship, at the therapist's discretion. Agreements are subject to review every 8 weeks, and renewal is not guaranteed.
Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are charged the full fee.
Secure card payment
Payment is by credit card through our secure NousTalk platform.
Not for emergencies
Virtual services are not intended for clients experiencing an emergency, crisis, or severe instability. If you are experiencing, or at risk of, an immediate crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
