About Rising Minds

Rooted in experience. Guided by compassion.

Rising Minds was founded by Erica Harris, drawing on an earlier career in healthcare, her ongoing master’s in counselling psychology, and extensive lived experience overcoming life’s hard days.

Together, those experiences shape an approach built on curiosity, compassion, and genuine respect — for each person’s story, and for what they’re capable of.

First responder therapy

Where you can put down what you’ve been carrying.

Support for those who spend their days supporting others. Trauma-informed care, with additional training focused on the unique experiences of first responders through Warrior Health.
